Overview

This tastefully furnished 2 bedroom villa with stunning sea views is situated near Ayia Napa, within the quiet residential area of Ayia Thekla. It sits in a cul de sac on a small new development less than 50 metres to the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea!
The villa has an open plan lounge with Satellite TV, DVD, PS2 (with selection of games) and a CD/Radio player. Two patio doors lead to the terraces, private pool and landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with separate dining area. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and air conditioning throughout for a comfortable stay!
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, one double room and one twin room both complete with quality orthopedic mattresses for your comfort. There is also a foldaway travel bed (plus cot available upon request). The master bedroom benefits from a balcony overlooking the private pool together with fantastic views of the sea. The villa has a good size family bathroom.
Outside there is a large patio area with table and chairs for Alfresco' dining, sun loungers for relaxing by the pool, outside shower and traditional brick built Cypriot BBQ.
