Overview

Accommodation & Facilities: Laria is a Private Home in a quiet residential area. The house is 20 meters from the beach. There are 8 x 4 meters pool, barbecue, garden table with 6 chairs, parasol & sun chairs & large patio area. The house is fully furnished, having 2 comfortable settees in the lounge, which easily seat 6, TV. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with 4 ring stove, dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine. The Villa has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning units. There are 2 Double bedded rooms and one twin bedded room. Bedroom 1 downstairs with twin beds has a shower room. The balcony on the first floor has great sea views, & is furnished with a table & chairs to take perhaps morning coffee or to partake of a nightcap prior to retiring. Main fully tiled bathroom is on the first floor. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has en-suite shower as well. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Linen & towels are provided. Please bring your own towels to use around the pool & on the beaches.

Air Conditioning of 500 kilo units are included in the price.
We require refundable deposit 200 CYP against damages.

Location & area

The villa is located 20 meters from the small beach in Agia Thekla village. Main Agia Thekla beach is 5 minutes drive. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus is again, only a 5 min drive. Agia Napa is 7-10 minutes drive; the magnificent cliffs of Cape Greco & Konnos Bay beach a mere 15 minutes. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements. There is a supermarket in Agia Thekla village. It will take you 2 minutes drive to it from the villa.
