Overview

Luxury villa with beach sea view is for families and couples. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Sitting area has 2 sofas and one air chair (sitting for 7), one sofa could be use like an extra bed. There are coffee table, Satellite TV and DVD in the living room. Open plan kitchen and dining area with wooden table and 8 chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, grill, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and iron/iron board. The door in the kitchen leads you to the patio with plastic table and chairs. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom is with double bed and the others are with single beds. All bedrooms have mirror wardrobes and veranda at the front. Towels and linen are provided.
One bathroom with show, bath and WC is upstairs. Guest toilet is downstairs. There is a shower outside.
Outside there are swimming pool (shallow end is 0,80 and deep end is 1,80) with sun beds with umbrella, and a barbeque. Different color roses on the front of the villas make these villas unforgettable and charm.

Air Conditioning is extra 2,50 CYP per unit per day.
