Overview

Our charming family owned hotel has been one of the corner stones of Zadar tourism for the past 35 years.
We are not high tech, the atmosphere is that of charm and tranquility.
The pansion has 12 rooms, all with shower/wc.
All the rooms have air conditioning and heating.
9 rooms have balconies, some with a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Ugljan.
A bountiful breakfast with homemde cakes and our own kiwi jam is included in the price.
Open throughout the year, we cater to both tourists and business travelers, alike.
Pets are more than welcome.
Our friendly and considerate staff will do their best to make your stay a memorable one.

We are situated in the exclusive resort are of Zadar, 2.5 km away from the beautiful old town.
The sea is only 800m away.
The nearest beach is a 1o min. leisurely walk.
The bus stop is conveniently stuated, 2 min. from the hotel.
There are 2 bus lines that drive to the town, as well as 2 bus lines that drive from the central bus station.

We are very proud of our new chef who is so imaginative in creating memorable meals. Enjoy the excellent dishes that come out of our kitchen. Much of the produce we use as well as the olive oil come from our own gardens on the island of Ugljan. The prices are affordable ranging from 100- 250 kn/ meal
