Spacious sunny apartment located on the Boulevard approaching Zadar from its Northern side. Apt. is walking distance from the shopping mall, bus and train station and 10-15 min stroll to the center of old town. It is one bedroom with living room/TV, DVD/, dining room and two deep balconies. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. What makes its position desirable is vicinity of small shops, (butcher, fresh bread, fresh vegetables) big commercial stores and being in town without noise and crowds. Not to mention that parking is always available otherwise it can be source of serious headache in Zadar during tourist season.

Zadar is lovely town with unmistakable Roman plan of streets and Forum. It's adorned with plentitude of early Christian, Romanesque, Renaissance and Baroque buildings and churches. In Zadar you can spend quality time visiting museums, attending concerts (Musical evenings in st. Donat or Strings Only), taking historic and scenic tours. Immediate vicinity of the town is covered with lush Mediterranean vegetation and more interesting sites either of historical importance or of enormous natural beauty. Variety of restaurants placed in cozy old town of Zadar offers domestic cuisine, fresh fish, organic vegetables, simple and delicious national dishes. Right in the centre of Zadar there is large fish market as well as farmers market with homegrown products. Sea water is pristine and refreshing like nowhere else in Mediterranean and you can choose between numerous beaches around town.
All in all, Zadar is very good choice for short or prolonged visit in any season. You may enjoy lovely warm spring, or steaming hot summer and surprisingly kind autumn with possibility to take a swim or hike or any of numerous cultural events not only in July or August.
