This is a luxury villa property with fantastic views over the Bay of Vis and the sea. The front door is just a few metres away from the sea, so you can walk out in the morning and take a dip! It's situated in the hamlet of Kut, an area of lovely architecture, just around the bay from Vis Town. The furnishings are of a high quality with a modern stylish feel. It contains two living rooms, a brand new kitchen, two terraces, two bedrooms and two ultra-stylish bathrooms of 5-star standard. Bicycles and sunbeds are provided. From the house you're just a few minutes away from several restaurants and a bar. And there are two beaches within easy walking distance.
