Overview

Villa Pape is located in Trogir/Ciovo, within walking distance from the beach (200 away), on a little hill, ideally located a peaceful and quiet area, surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation will enable you to fully enjoy your vacation. Walking distance from center of Trogir ( 1,5 km ), to the nearest shops ( 200 to 400 m ) and to the beach ( 200 m ) sets our villa in a ideal position for your holidays.

The house has 3 floors, on ground and second floor all apartments and rooms are situated.
Apartments are suitable for self catering type of accommodation, while the bedrooms are Bed & Breakfast type. Breakfast and dinner are possible for all our guests in our tavern.

On the ground floor we offer two 4 bed apartments, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with a sea view.

Second floor is slightly different, one four bed and one two bed apartment are situated there, also two double bedrooms.
Four bed apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with a sea view,
while two bed apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with a sea view.
Bedrooms have two beds each and a bathroom, but no terrace, and they have a view to the back of the house, a little forest.

The house is surrounded by a garden, suitable for children to play, while you can park you car (without additional fee) in front of the house.

Location & area

The island of Ciovo is a small island situated near Trogir, with lots of beaches, both cultivated and untouched ones.
The main characteristic of our island is a family atmosphere, since the island is full of small holiday houses,
whose owners are usually from Trogir and Split.

Villa Pape is situated in a little village on the island of Ciovo, Okrug gornji. Once a small fishing village, Okrug gornji is a small and quiet resort on the island making it ideal for both couples and families.
The beaches near Villa Pape are pebbled, while the island is full of rocky beaches. Nearby beaches are suitable for all ages but they are probably the best beaches in the resort for young children due to its gentle slope into the water.

At the beach some 200 m from the Villa watersports are available. Also, there is a sailing, boat trip to islands Solta nd Drvenik and fishing trips. Around the resort, there are a number of companies offering scuba diving, tennis and fitness.



Ciovo is connected with Trogir by a drawbridge. Inhabited since prehistoric times, the island is home to a rich cultural heritage.

The whole area around Ciovo is on the world heritage list. The medieval town of Trogir, Split with its Diocletial palace, Roman city of Salona,
fortress Klis and many other interesting places to see.

There are also daily tours to Sibenik, National Parks Kornati and Krka, Hvar, Brac and even Dubrovnik.

Our area is convenient for its distance to Zagreb Split highway, 18 km, and the distance to airport 3 km, while bus station is in
Trogir and railway station in Split.
