Nearby Sutivan on the island of Brac, in the idyllic surrounding of the nature park stands Villa Stivan built from carefully selected materials in a traditional style. The villa consists of lodging premises of 300 square meters in a size and a 500 square meter garden with a tennis court, swimming pool, stone fireplace, BBQ grill and a private parking area.
The two storey house comes fully furnished with four bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and a Jacuzzi.
Attached to the house is a boiler room with a solar system for heating water. Central heating system allows a pleasant stay throughout the year.

Sutivan is located on the north-western coast of the Island of Braä 7 km away from the Supetar ferry port, and 13 km by sea from Split.
