We offer a range of private accommodation with garden in Split’s historic central location, less than a 5 minute walk from the Diocletians Palace, downtown!
The accommodation is set in a typical Dalmatian style at the foot of Marjan hill, next to Hotel Marjan and Hotel Belevue and only 10-15 minutes walk from Split’s beaches.
We are also 10 minutes walking distance to Split’s ACY marina and 5-10 minutes walking distance to the ferry, bus, and railway terminals!

This two bedroom newly renovated cottage is absolutely charming, the walls are made of stone and the roof of wood. The room is big and one with a sea view. Cottage has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom / toalet . In the cottage is also kitchen + dining room. In front of cottage is private patio only for guest of cottage

1 ) GARDEN PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION - guesthouse & cottages & apartments & studios & private rooms with garden ( ADRESS ; Solurat 22 in Split , Croatia ) is in the historic Varos area of central Split, a very short walk from the Diocletians Pallace & Riva , Split’s lovely cafe-lined waterfront and the rest of the city’s attractions . Typical Dalmation style accommodation at the foot of Marjan hill , located 300 meters west of Diocletian’s Palace in Veli Varos and less than 200 meters from the Adriatic sea, the Garden provides an easy respite from central Split ! , 10-15 minutes walking distance from Split’s beaches , 10 minutes walking to the Split’s ACY marina . and 5-10 walking to the ferry, bus, and railway terminals. A café with a terrace is located less three doors down, offering drinks and a gorgeous seaside view. A grocery store, bakery, laundry mat, Internet station, and juice bar are only a 5-minute walk east.

Please note that car access to most of the historic centre of Split is limited because of its narrow streets.

Regardless of how you arrive, all guests have a short walk ( 2- 5 minutes walking distance ) to reach the accommodation .
