The house built up in Secession style, more than hundred years old (1892) and renovated in 2004.
The famous Roman Palace of the Emperor Diocletian is within 3 minutes walking distance from our apartment. The nearest food and supply store, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, fish market is within 30 m range, and RIVA ( sea-port) 200 m. far away
Near by apartment there is a forest Marjan ideally place for jogging, ride a bicycle,swimming etc.
The apartment has kitchen with living room. In the living room there is a sofa (160x200cm). One bedroom with double bed and on request baby cot , bathroom and terrace 10 sqm.
It is equipped with air condition, cable TV, CD, radio, DVD, wireless internet access refrigerator, oven, washing machine and all other domestic appliances.
It is registered for four persons. Ideally for family and couples
