Distance from Opatija is 7 km. Distance from nearest beach is 3 km. Otherwise; distance from the sea is 300 m. Center of the city and harbor is 1.5 km. Nearest shop is 20 m away. Public transport station is 50 m from apartment. Minimum no. of rent days/nights: 2.

Location & area

From the apartment, most of Rijeka is accessible on foot, and area of banned traffic (Korzo) in the heart of the city, is just 1.5 km away. An efficient local bus network operates operating in a single-direction, circular movement around the central city area, and fanning out in all directions.



The bus to Trsat (#1) is probably the most useful for tourists, and a good alternative to the 538 stair climb to the top of the mountain. Rijeka also has cheap and well organized Taxi service, they will get you anywhere from the apartment in the city for approx. 3 Euro or less.



Rijeka offers rich night life on weekends during the whole year.



Opatija, once the secluded seaside resort of the rich and famous, is just a short 15-minute bus ride along the coast from apartment. Buses depart frequently, and this is the best spot from Rijeka to go swimming.
