Overview

Located in the small village of Rebici up the hill from Blaz sea front, these are two recently furbished apartments on the upper floor of an Istrian family home. They are surrounded by natural countryside, are less than 2 kms from the sea and have a range of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. close by.
Each of these bright, airy apartments has its own private entrance and facilities, and can therefore either be booked individually, by families of up to 5 people, or together for a family/group of up to 10 persons, as they are adjoining each other with a connecting door.
Apartment Jelcic I:
Leading off from the entrance hallway, is an open plan Sitting-Dining room and Kitchen area, which in turn opens onto a full length balcony with table and chairs for outdoor eating and relaxing. The Sitting room has a comfortable sofa which can accommodate 1 sleeping, a wooden dining table and chairs with seating for up to 6, a tiled stove for those cooler spring/autumn evenings, and is equipped with Satellite TV.
The Kitchen area has a combination Gas-Electric cooker, a Refrigerator, a Coffee maker and all the kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery you will need.
The heat produced by the tremendous tiled stove featured here in the centre of the photograph will be great for heating this spacious and well furnished apartment during those cooler spring and autumn evenings.
Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with bed-side drawers and lamps.
There is a separate dressing table and, in front of the bed, a very large wardrobe with huge amounts of storage space.
Quality parquet flooring underfoot emphasises the overall quality of these two apartments.
Bedroom 2 has a rug for comfort and has two single beds together with plenty of wardrobe and storage space.This is ideal for two children.
The tiled Bathroom has a good-sized corner shower with glass shower doors, a good sized sink unit with mirrored cupboard above, bidet and WC.
The large hot water cylinder supplies ample hot water.

Apartment Jelcic II:
Enter via the terrace, with table and chairs for outdoor eating, drinking and relaxing.
Leading off from the spacious hallway is an open plan Sitting-Dining room and Kitchen area. The Sitting- Dining room has a sofa which can sleep 1 person, a wooden dining table, with seating for up to 6, and is equipped with Satellite TV.
The Kitchen area has a combination Gas-Electric hob, plus a microwave, a large Refrigerator, a Coffee maker and all the kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery needed.
Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and both have more than ample wardrobe and storage space.
The tiled Bathroom comprises a shower, sink unit, WC and bidet, and the good sized hot water cylinder supplies ample hot water.
Outside there is ample parking and guests are welcome to use the garden and BBQ.
In fact, this is perfect for younger children as there is so much garden and grass land behind the property where they can spend unlimited time playing!
