Overview

The house is old, tipically mediteranean, stone built and completley restored several years ago.

The part of the house for renting is on the upper half floor with it's own secure parking place.

On the ground floor is the apartments of the owner.

The house consists of two apartments for two persons each, A1 and A2. Each of the apartments is 25m big and has it's own terrace 20m2 big.

From the house there is wonderful view on wineyards and the sea. The beach is approximatley a thousand meters away. The house is 300m away from the sea, but there is no access to the sea, except on the beach.

No extra bed
Rent of apartment includes expences of electricity and water, weekly change of bed sheets, set for eating accessories for cleaning, toalet paper at arrival, final cleaning and a parking place.
Apartments are used from 1 P.M. et arrival and to 10 A.M on return.
Tax income is not included in price
Pets (dogs, cats..) 10 EUR per daily
In case of earlier departure money won't be refunded (all reserved days have to be paid)

Postrazje, the small, quiet place located on the sout-east part of the island Vis was founded more then three houndred years ago. It is remoted about one thousand (1000) meters from the sea in three directions (south, east, west), just like the house/rent. The view that you can enjoy from it is just unforgetable. Pure nature, quietness, fresh air and crystall blue sea makes you feel like in heaven. Speaking of the sea, you can choose the beach you like (sand, pebbel and rock-plates) in one of the numerous coves.
