The house is 100 meters away from sea.

The apartment on the ground floor has two comfortable sleeping rooms (one with french bed, the other to, plus single bed),bathroom,well equipped kitchen,living-room with Sat TV, and two shady terraces.

On disposition are safe parking places in the yard,spacious garden (perfect for children to play), big stonemade barbicue, your own private dock ( for boat till 7 m) only 100 m away from house.

Here we are at the far south of the Istrian Peninsula. You will find here at least part of the answer why Istria is referred to as "terra magica". In Medulin all accommodation facilities are close to the sea.If you prefer to be in direct contact with nature Medulin is the right place for you.
