VILLA CERESis a 1100 m2 modern building,made in 2005.With a huge teracce there is a beatiful view on the sea side and our garden.Business part of the building makes 6 luxuriossly furnitured apartmans from 42 m2 to 52 m2, office,open-closed swimming pool, fitness, sauna and aperitiv bar.Beyond the building there are smaller apartmans of 32 m2 with its parking lot.Villa is located in the centre of Klek (well known tourist place), about 100m far from the main beach as well as from the post, resturaunts and other facilities.We are welcome tourists,visitors,business and other people throughout the year.
