Kastav is town situated on 365 m high hill with a rich and interesting past and a beautiful view of the Kvarner bay. It is near the Adriatic sea (just 6 km from Opatija). Besides very kind hosts in Kastav you will find a very rich cultural life and a lot of entertainment, especially during the Kastafsko kulturno leto (Kastav cultural summer) with eminent performing artists from all over the world during July and August.
