Villa Perka is the family stone house surrounded by pine woods,olive groves and flower gardens.It's interior was fully renovated in 2007.From it's slightly elevated position it commands the superb,relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them.Behind,the house is sheltered by Sv.Nikola-the highest peak of the island.




There are 3 spacious apartments each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning seaview.

Apartment"Bougenvillie"(8+1,120m2+terrace 21m2+terrace15m2) consists of:4 double bedrooms,4 bathrooms,fully fitted kitchen,larder,living room and 2 terraces.
Apartment "Lantana"(4+2,55m2+terrace 26m2) consists of:2 double bedrooms,2 bathrooms,kitchen,living room and the terrace.
Apartment "Lavanda"(2+2,45m2+ terrace 20m2) consists of:1 double bedroom,1 bathroom,kitchen.larder,living room and the terrace.

If you decide to visit Sv.Nedjelja, little fishing and agricultural village, you will realize why the island of Hvar is among 10 most beautiful in the world.This drastic beauty, cannot leave you untouched, especially here on it's southern side.

Behind, there is St.Nicholas, the highest peak of the island and the cave with remains of augustinian monastry from 16. century.
Special position of it's wine yards puts Sv.Nedjelja on the very top in production of high quality vintage wines.These wines, especially red ones have won many awards in Croatia and abroad.We produce wines ourselves, as well as rosmary,lavander and sage honey,olive oil and herb brandy.
You reach the sea from our villa by short walk through old pine wood.

It also takes about 5 min walk to the sea, where you have stone paved beaches as well as beautiful pebble beach suitable for small children.
