A newly restored traditional stone house in Hvar town with patio garden and stunning views from roof terrace. Situated literally minutes away from the local beaches. Five minute walk to shops, super market, fish market, medical centre, dentist, hairdresser, church, cafe bars and restaurants.The outside has been designed to maximize the views from the house, and therefore the roof terrace on the first floor has a stunning vista of Hvar bay and the islands beyond! The patio garden has been designed with a built in barbecue and several terrace areas to enjoy the sun from a south west orientation.The house is situated literally minutes away from the local beaches, 5 minutes walk, which is next to the Franciscan Monastery. Taxi boats to the local islands off Hvar town are 5 minutes walk in the other direction! Many of the islands have restaurants, and a private alcove can often be found even at the height of the season. Rent a boats can be found adjacent to the taxi boats.This property is new to the rental market, and with our experience in this field we are confident that Lavender Heights will be a major contribution to your successful holiday!

The house is situated within Hvar town but off the beaten track. It is fair enough to say that most needs are within 5 minutes walk! Cars are not allowed in the town centre, however above the house is on road parking and there are near by car parks.
