Overview

Vila “Vala” is located in the residential part of Dubrovnik called Lapad. It is very beautiful area convenient either for spending relaxing vacation or active holiday with a lot of activities in the vicinity. Vila ” Vala” offers to its guest’s delightful view, pine trees and quiet surrounding. Distance from the sea and beautiful sandy beach with all facilities (café bars, restaurants, water sports, sun beds, sun umbrellas) is only 100 meters away. Post-office, bank, restaurants, bars, shopping center, tennis courts and market is only 100 meters away. The old town is only 10 min bus drive (3 km from the house). There is free transfer from the bus station or port. Parking is available for 4 cars. Tourist information are offered on your arrival as well as other assistance during your holiday.
We offer three beautiful apartments which are located in a stone family house.
Apartment 1 is located on the second floor. It consists of two large balcony bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, Air-condition, Extra bed in one bedroom, Balcony with amazing panoramic view and part sea view. (4+1 person)
Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor. It consists of twin bedroom and single bedroom, living room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV/sat, Air-condition, Extra bed in living room, Large terrace, beautiful garden. (3+2 person)
Studio apartment 3 is located above the house. It consists of twin bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, Air-condition, extra bed, terrace, garden. (2+1 person)
