Overview

The IVANINO villa is situated in the suburb of Dubrovnik, at the western entrance to the town, in a quiet bay of Lozica.
This charming villa has been tastefully and nicely decorated by its friendly owners, Vesna & Vlaho, who will ensure their guests with everything they need for pleasant and comfortable holidays.
With a capacity of 11 guests it is ideal for family and large groups. All of its 5 bedrooms have a balcony with sea view.
The villa’s many amenities include newly-constructed swimming pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with large dining and living rooms.
From its terraces and balconies you can enjoy in a cozy atmosphere and a breathtaking view on the blue Adriatic Sea which is only 50 m away, the island of Daksa and Lapad peninsula.
The Old City is only 5 minutes drive (6 km) via newly built bridge.
Come and listen to the concerts, visit the theatre, walk to the city walls, go to some of the numerous museums, or to a unique aquarium situated in St. John's Fort, see the exhibitions at some of the ten galleries, dance, take photographs, talk, think, dream, and love.
If that is not sufficient, go to Cavtat, or visit Trsteno with its Arboretum, or use a regular boat service to see the islands of Koloèep, Lopud and Šipan.

- On the 1. floor
•There are 4 rooms (3 for 2 persons and 1 single, also with sea view balcony), living room (sat TV, internet connection, air condition), kitchen (with all equipment (dishwasher machine, microwave, and toaster)
• Two bathrooms/toilets
• There is also a terrace with barbecue.
- On the 2 floor
• there are 2 rooms (each for 2 persons, one has sea view),
• One bathroom/toilette, a kitchen and air condition is on this floor.
• Electric heating (it can be rented the whole year round).
• Private parking place.
• Bed linen, towels, dishes, final cleaning.

Minimum stay :
in high season from Jun - September 7 days, and
in low season from October – May 3 days
During your stay we are able to prepare and served breakfast and diner with national food.
