Our completely new and luxurious property (Apartvilla Hedera) is located in a quiet village in vine-growing region of Konavle, SE of Dubrovnik. Only 5 minutes drive from small picturesque town Cavtat and the sea. Distance from Dubrovnik (Old Town area) is 20 kilometers, ca. 20 minutes drive. The 220sqm villa consists of 4 modern apartments (Hedera AV1, AV2, AV Luxe and SV1) on 3 floors and 450sqm garden with pool, 2 terraces and 2-3 parking places. Hedera SV1 is a 25sqm studio apartment located on second floor of the villa. It consists of a double bed / kitchenette/ dining area and a bathroom. Amenities: Air conditioning, heating, wireless Internet access, SAT TV, Hi-fi, kitchenette with dishwasher, hair dryer, barbecue, one parking place Washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board are in separate laundry room on ground floor shared with other apartments in the villa.
