Our completely new and luxurious property (Apartvilla Hedera) is located in a quiet village in vine-growing region of Konavle, SE of Dubrovnik. Only 5 minutes drive from small picturesque town Cavtat and the sea. Distance from Dubrovnik (Old Town area) is 20 kilometers, ca. 20 minutes drive. The 220sqm villa consists of 4 modern apartments (Hedera AV1, AV2, AV Luxe and SV1) on 3 floors and 450sqm garden with pool, 2 terraces and 2-3 parking places. Hedera AV2 is, in fact, 2 studios next door to each other that share the bathroom so we have decided to rent them together as one apartment. Located at second (top) floor of the villa. The apartment (50sqm) has 2 double bedrooms (studios) and one bathroom. There is an additional single bed in one bedroom. Amenities: Air conditioning, heating, wireless Internet access, SAT TV, Hi-fi, 2 kitchenettes with dishwashers, hair dryer, barbecue, one parking place� Washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board are in separate laundry room on ground floor shared with other apartments in the villa. Car is recommended.
