Our completely new and luxurious property (Apartvilla Hedera) is located in a quiet village in vine-growing region of Konavle, SE of Dubrovnik. Only 5 minutes drive from small picturesque town Cavtat and the sea. Distance from Dubrovnik (Old Town area) is 20 kilometers, ca. 20 minutes drive. The 220sqm villa consists of 4 modern apartments (Hedera AV1, AV2, AV Luxe and SV1) on 3 floors and 450sqm garden with pool, 2 terraces and 2-3 parking places. Hedera AV1 (65sqm) is located on ground floor of the villa. It has one double bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen / dining and living area with doors leading directly to the shared pool / terrace. There is a sofa bed in living room that can accommodate one adult or two children. Amenities: Air conditioning, heating, wireless Internet access, SAT TV, Hi-fi, full kitchen with dishwasher, hair dryer, barbecue, one parking place Washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board are in separate laundry room on ground floor shared with other apartments in the villa. Car is recommended.
