Overview

Our completely new and luxurious property is located in a quiet village in vine-growing region of Konavle, SE of Dubrovnik. Only 5 minutes drive from small picturesque town Cavtat and the sea. Distance from Dubrovnik (Old Town area) is 20 kilometers, ca. 20 minutes drive. The 220sqm villa consists of 4 modern apartments (Hedera AV1, AV2, AV Luxe and SV1) on 3 floors and 450sqm garden with pool, 2 terraces and 2-3 parking places. Apartments AV2 and SV1 are on the second (top) floor. Hedera AV Luxe is on the first floor while AV1 is on the ground floor. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board to be used by all apartments. Apartments are connected by inside stairs and can function as one unit. The entire property is fully equipped: air conditioning, heating, wireless Internet access, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-fi, barbecue, full kitchen with dishwasher, combination of washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, iron, 2-3 parking places... Apartvilla Hedera has 5 double bedrooms to accommodate 10 guests, 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. It can accommodate 4 additional guests - 3 on 2 sofa beds and one on additional single bed in one of the bedrooms. Car / van is recommended.
