It is old stone house separated in two apartments 4(+1) and 2(+2). The house is situated in the Old town of Cavtat, center of town, on a walk distance from the beaches, restaurants, cafe bars.

- Apartment 1 has two double rooms, kitchen, wc with shower.

- Apartment 2 has one double room, kitchen, wc with shower. The terrace with two garden tables, in front of the house is shared for both apartments.
