Overview

When you enter through the high gates into the private courtyard, you instantly realize that absolute luxury is the best description of this recently renovated stone house, with a landscaped garden surrounding the large, uniquely-designed swimming pool.There are two completely separate detached villas (Villa Mega I and Villa Mega 2) in the same yard with shared swimming pool. Both villas are a testament to the architectural and artistic skills of the owner who spared neither time nor money for their restoration. Each is decorated and fitted out in an eclectic mix of antique and modern styles. With full central heating, this house is ideal for perfect family holidays and can be enjoyed all year round.
Villa Mega I: Leading off from an impressive hallway, there is a comfortable lounge with fireplace and TV/DVD player on one side, and a separate fully fitted kitchen-dining room on the other. Upstairs the master bedroom, with king sized four-poster bed, is next to the limestone-tiled master bathroom with twin sinks and a large bathtub with shower, plus a spacious children's room with 3 single beds.Outside there is a completely private (but shared with guests of Villa Mega II) landscaped garden and designer swimming pool, with lots of space for all the family to play and to relax, both by day and by night. There is also a Barbecue area next to the pool. The latter is an all-weather barbecue area seating ten people and it is also equipped with a dishwasher. A self contained Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also at the disposal of the guests.
Close by, in the village of Saini itself, there is a shop and an excellent restaurant.
There are also a number of other shops and bars, together with a bank, post office, petrol station and chemist within 5 minutes drive. Two superb restaurants are only a 15-20 minute drive away.
Historic Pula with its well preserved first century amphitheatre and many examples of Roman, Venetian and Austro-Hungarian architecture is less than a 25 minute drive away, and the prettiest, cleanest beaches in the area are only a 15 minute drive away.
