Overview
House Tanja is a holiday villa located in the farming village close to Pula on the south-eastern side of Istria.
Come and holiday in the heart of a typical Istrian small village while enjoying the comfort and charm of this traditional Istrian Stone House.
The house is renovated to the highest standard using top quality fixtures and fittings throughout to ensure comfort, and a problem free vacation, but also respecting the traditional style with lots of tasteful charming details and the character of past times.
It can accommodate up to 4 persons in two double bedrooms.
On the Ground floor there is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room with air conditioning. The living room comprises a fireplace with sofa to the side and also a big wooden table for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cupboard space and there is also a further 4 person dining table to the side. There is also a WC and hand basin downstairs.
On the first floor there are two double/twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom.
Outside, there is a private, walled courtyard where you will enjoy secure parking and a purpose-built barbecue area, with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining in the sun.
On this holiday you will forget the city noise and heavy traffic, being just a few kilometres from the sea, surrounded by natural countryside, but also within easy reach of Pula, the cultural capital of Istria and all the best sights and through routes of Istria.
Local activities includes horse riding, swimming, diving, walking, cycling or visiting old hilltop medieval towns inside Istria.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.

Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
