Overview

The apartment comprises:A large air conditioned open-plan Living-Dining room and Kitchen area with a comfortable sofa (which may be made up as a sofabed if required), Satellite TV, a large wooden dining table and chairs, and a well equipped kitchen with a Gas Hob, Microwave, Refrigerator, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. A terrace leads off from this room, affording lovely views over the Prodol valley.Two spacious, airy Bedrooms, one with a good sized double bed and the second with two singles. Both have radiators for out of season holidays. The double bedroom opens out to the balcony allowing for a private cup of coffee in the early morning sun without disturbing the sleeping kids! A child's cot is also available if required.
A bathroom with bath, sink unit, and WC, together with a hot water cylinder supplying lots of hot water.Outside, there is private parking and a large shady terrace with wooden table and chairs for outdoor dining, drinking and relaxing and which overlooks the large garden area. This apartment is ideal for two adults and two to three children, being close to the shops, restaurants,and a horse riding centre, and only 10 minutes drive from the prettiest beaches in the area.

Based close to the main Pula - Rijeka road allowing for great access to all the through routes of Istria means that all the best sights of this beautiful peninsula can be found easily within an hours drive. The best coves of Krnicki Poret are just ten minutes drive down the road (7kms). Manjadvorci, with just 180 inhabitants, is a real example of the quiet and traditional way of living. This area is especially good for
