This beautiful traditionally-styled villa in Varna area, with it's own pool (including children's pool) is the perfect choice for families and friends wanting to be close to the main attractions of the Black Sea coast. Located in Zornitsa village, just 9 miles from Varna and about 20 minutes drive to the nearest beach, you can enjoy the peaceful charm of a traditional Bulgarian village whilst being just a few minutes drive from town.
The house is truly remarkable - from the outside it is a very traditional Bulgarian home, but, the second you step into this stunning property you are transported into a world of luxury. It is one of the most modern homes we have seen in Bulgaria, from designer sofas to an exquisite fully-equipped kitchen, vaulted beamed ceilings, and that just the start of it. The owners of this property seem to be incredibly talented, as the mass of art work (which they have produced themselves) all over this property speaks for itself.
This rental villa boasts three good size bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a games room and a fantastic private swimming pool with adjoining children's pool. The list of facilities offered is extensive and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, satellite TV, electric keyboard, playstation the list is almost endless! Outside is a patio area around the pool. Sun loungers are provided to sit down and soak up the sun, or to enjoy a barbecue around the pool, making this property ideal for your Bulgarian villa holiday, suitable for both family holidays and couples wanting to get away from it all.

Zornitsa itself is a tranquil place surrounded by open fields, yet it is one of the closet villages to Varna city. Village life here has remained largely unchanged for centuries the people are very friendly and welcoming and the only real traffic in the streets are the donkeys! Making this rental accommodation very different from most rental holidays.



Picturesque Zornitsa is located approximately 8 miles from Varna airport and 9 miles from Varna. Golden Sands and Albena are 20-25 minutes drive.
