Overview
The pine's is a very comfortable holiday home which can sleep up to 7 people sharing. Our neighbours are mainly Bulgarian, but a few British people have bought holiday homes in the village. The house is situated in a quiet village, a little over an hour from the Black sea and 15 minutes from the town of Yambol. You can take a drive into Turkey which is just over an hour away or Greece which is around a two hour drive over the boarder. The house looks out onto a pine forest and has breathtaking mountain views and countryside.
There is a shop in the village, a brand new restaurant, a church, a café, a pub, medical centre, post office and soon to come a golf course.
The pine's has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle,
toaster washing machine and ironing facilities.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (2x single beds), (1x double bed) and a bathroom with shower cubicle and large corner bath also with shower.
Upstairs there is a living room with TV, VIDEO, CD player, DVD player, Xbox, double bed settee and wood burner for those winter nights
All windows are fitted with fly screens and double glazed windows for the winter months.
We have a huge garden and a large plunge pool which will be available in the warmer months of the year.
All beds have duvets and linen is provided, but you will need to supply your own towels. All electricity is included in your rental.
The house will be ready on your arrival; with a few staple items to get you started e.g. tea, coffee, milk, bread.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
