The village is peaceful and has all the basic amenities, grocery shops, restaurant, bar, post office and doctor. Only 3km away is the busy town of Mezdra which has a good selection of shops, street cafes, restaurants and a large weekly market. The train station is conveniently situated in the middle of the town with a direct link through the picturesque Iskar Gorge to Sofia. Vratsa, with its amazing backdrop the Vrachanska Planina is only a 15 minute drive, a city steeped in culture & history, popular for Eco walks, mountain biking, hang gliding, rock climbing, skiing and of course shopping. Sofia airport is 90km to the south. Airport transfers are available.
