Guest house Lion House is situated in the heart of the town of Veliko Turnovo, on Georgi Sava Rakovski Street #10, more famous as Samovodska Charshia. The Samovodska Charshia has been the old market of the medieval capita of Bulgaria. At the beginning of 19th century when the town developed many artisan workshops, bakeries and cafes emerged there. Being a part of the architectural reserve of the Varusha quarter, today the Samovodska Charshia is a rare mixture of the old authentic atmosphere amidst the town.
