Overview

Traditional country cottage with exceptional location benefiting from the nearby seaside, its proximity to the river Veleka nature reserve and the beautiful views of the Strandzha mountain. With stunning beaches only 2 miles away, the villa is ideal for those who would like to experience a Bulgarian seaside holiday with a difference.
The village itself if relatively quiet but the big resort towns of Primorsko and Kiten are only 7-8 miles away. Bourgas is 40 miles away and Sunny Beach about 60 miles away.
The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people, max 10. There is a large living room on the ground floor with two sofa beds and a tv. There are 4 double bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, cooker, hot plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils. There is a large balcony overlooking the lawn with two barbecues. 300 m2 garden fully fenced garden.

The village of Velika is situated 60km south of the city of Bourgas. There are a number of seaside resorts nearby including Primorsko (10km), Kiten (8km), Tzarevo (5km) and Lozenetz (2km). The capital of Sofia is 420 km away.

The Turkish border (Malko Tarnovo) is about 30km to the south.
