Delightful and tastefully furnished in modern style, this 3 bedroom villa with a self contained one bed apartment overlooks the sunny day resort. The resort is an elegant holiday destination which prides on a long tradition of hospitality. Situated in a fine old park with cypresses, lilies and fig trees, quiet bays, sand beaches, mineral springs, modern restaurants serving national and European cuisine, sports and entertainment for any age.
When you arrive at this unique villa you will notice that you enter from the roof. The roof of this property is not only the entrance with garage, but a large sun terrace too. The next floor below has two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with bath and shower, and a very large hall way. The best feature about this floor is that in all the rooms you have floor to ceiling windows so you never miss the stunning panoramic beach and sea views.
On the first floor you have a fully fitted kitchen (including a hob and oven, washing machine, microwave and large fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space), a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with satellite television and dining area. It is from the living room on this level you have large sliding floor to ceiling doors that open on to the large private swimming pool with terrace and BBQ area.
Steps on both sides of the swimming pool lead you down to the self-contained apartment. Within the apartment you have a kitchenette, one bedroom and a separate bathroom.
Regular town buses run every ten minutes (from 6.00 a.m. till 11.00 p.m.) from the resort to Varna. Many minibuses and route-taxis are another alternative for quick transport to Varna.
