Overview

This brand new luxuriously furnished
maisonette assures many facilities and is the
perfect place where you can spend your
vacation because of its good location. The area
is very quiet and peaceful. If your aim is to
visit not just Varna, don't worry because there
are many bus stops very close to the building.
The apartment is spacious and therefore ideal
for big families with children. It consists of a
corridor, living room with open plan kitchen,
dining area, three bedrooms, bathroom, 2
toilets and two terraces. It is located on the
fifth and sixth floor.
The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the electrical devices – microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dish-washer etc. In
the kitchen and the living room there are terracotta floorings and the bedrooms are with laminated floorings.
The apartment is ideal for viewing trips, city breaks or beach holidays. Varna airport is just 20 min by taxi. There are a supermarket and a
green market on 50-meter distance.
Within a 15 minute walk of the building is the delightful beach of Varna, as well as a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars etc. It is 1 km away
from the vibrant and colourful Port of the Sea Capital.
