The house is situated on the outskirts of the city of Varna. About 2km from the city centre, on the hills over the bay of Varna. The place is very quiet and gives a perfect lovely view to the bay of Varna. Overlooks the harbour and enjoys unrivalled panoramic sea and peninsula views.
