Overview

The house is situated on the outskirts of the city of Varna. About 2km from the city centre, on the hills over the bay of Varna. The place is very quiet with clean and fresh air and gives a perfect lovely view to the bay of Varna. Overlooks the harbour and enjoys unrivalled panoramic sea and peninsula views. If you are that kind of people maybe you will find below your quietly place for holyday and resting away from the noise of the town and the crowd in vacation it's the place!

The house is surrounded by à small garden.
On first floor we invite you to tasteful modern furnishings living area whit a fully equipped kitchen. On second floor we invite you to a cozy and warm two doubles, one (1.20/1.90)bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and terrace.

Just 900 meters from the beach, the house’s living room, bedrooms, and terrace have open views of the Black sea.

The road leading to the villa from the maid highway is about 900 meters. It is steep and rutted. You can walk up and down use path between properties. It is 400 meters and takes about 3-5 minutes to the bus stop.

Basic shopping facilities can be found 500 meters from the house. City with its large selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs is less than 5 minutes bus distance.
