Our villa offers a unique opportunity to rent a private villa, designed to the highest specification, with its own gardens in the premium tourist region of Sunny Beach. It is located in a small well-maintained gated complex known as Villas Montemar at the foot of the almond hills.
There are security cameras throughout the complex and each villa has its own private alarm system & safety deposit box.

The complex has a shuttle bus that will take you to, and back, from the centre of Sunny Beach or Nessebar. Alternatively you take the local bus down to Sunny Beach - the bus stop is only 200 yards from the villa.
The northern end of Sunny Beach, with access to the beach and a selection of superb restaurants, is within walking distance.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
