Overview

Two beautiful basement studios located in a brand new complex in Sunny Beach. The complex is situated a 6-minute walk from the beach and has its own communal swimming pool and a cafe. The area has plenty of restaurants, bars and high quality hotels and complexes. The studio allows for 2 people to stay but it may be possible for a small child to also stay with its parents. We have another similarly sized studio in the same complex but in a different wing. This means that both studios can be rented out by 2 couples or 2 families with small children or parents plus teenage kids. Each studio is available for 100 pounds/week or 150 euro/week. If you book both studios at the same time or book 1 of the studios for 2 weeks, you'll get a 25 pound discount from the whole sum. Guests should bear in mind that the size of the studios is that of a hotel room and would ideally suit 2 adults + 1 small child. The studio is oriented/faces the complex swimming pool. As the studios is situated on the basement floor, the views are limited and not direct and renters should bear this in mind. This is a value for money seaside accommodation located close to the beach, in a complex with a swimming pool and near restaurants, shops and bars. The summer season starts in the end of May - beginning of June and finishes around mid-September. Swimming pool, cafe + open-air bar during summer, parking lot, 24 hour security and other on-site services. The apartment has 2 single beds that can be united as 1 double bed. Both beds have spring mattresses. There's a fridge and a kettle in the apartment. No cooking facilities.When enquiring, please state if you are interested in only 1 or both of the studios. Preference would be given to groups/travellers requiring both of the studios.
