Overview

Amadeus-1 Complex is situated on the Northern part of Sunny Beach, just 6-minute walk from the beach.

The apartment is on the basement floor of the complex, looking south onto the swimming pool. So the views are limited and not direct and renters should bear this in mind!

This is a studio with a bathroom. It has 2 single beds that can be united as 1 double bed and there is a guest bed for a third person or child. The single beds have spring mattresses. So the apartment normally allows for 2 people to stay but it may be possible for a third or a small child on the guest bed.

There are fridge, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. No cooking facilities.

Smoking is not allowed inside the room!

The complex has a swimming pool with sunbeds and shades and a cafe bar during summer.

Parking lots can be found in front of the building.

It is surrounded by similar complexes, a good choice for rest.

The areas and has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.

The studio is available for only 150 euro/week!
