Overview

This bright studio has been equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a double wardrobe (safety deposit box available at no extra cost - no liability will be accepted for any loss of contents). Remote controlled air conditioning unit, providing cooling/heating.The kitchen has a fridge, twin hotplates/combination oven, extractor fan, washing machine, sink/drainer, toaster and electric kettle, together with a good selection of saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and other kitchen equipment, dining table and 4 chairs.The shower room is a wet room with a shower curtain, toilet and wash basin with wall mounted mirror and shelf over.Iron, ironing board, and clothes airer. Balcony, with patio table and 2 chairs.The apartment has free use of a small swimming pool shared by the 11 apartments in the villa only. Please note there are no other on-site facilities - this is very much a private apartment, rather than a typical holiday property, however, my management company will be available to provide assistance if required.Cleaning/linen change once per week included in rental cost. Airport transfers can be arranged at additional cost.
