Overview

The apartment is located on 3rd floor with uninhibited sea view and Burgas Bay. There is a large lounge area with adjoining open plan kitchen and dining room.

Access to the large balcony is through French doors available from both the lounge and dining rooms. The balcony is fully fitted out with a table and 4 chairs - ideal for a leisurely breakfast out in the sun or watching the sunset over the bay with a glass of wine or cool beer.

The resort is kept to a very high standard with superb landscape gardens and spectacular pine forests all around.

There is a private beach area adjacent to the famous Kings beach from where various water sports are available.

Sozopol is a mere 2km away. There is a shuttle bus service from the resort (approx 2 BGL) or why not take a stroll there which takes approx. 20 minutes.

Airport transfers can be arranged to Sozopol from Bourgas or Varna!
