It is located on the 3 floor, in a building without lift. With its position the apartment is next to NDK (The National Palace of Culture), Vitosha blvd., "The Five Corners" and here you could find lots of variants for eating, shopping and fun.
The flat consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a dining area for 6 persons, a kitchen with a balcony, a bathroom with WC and a tub, and a separate WC for guests. The floorage is more than 110sq.m. One of the bedrooms is with a double bed, the other is with twin bed, and is in green and blue colours.
