It is located on the 3 floor, in a building without lift. With its position the apartment is next to NDK (The National Palace of Culture), Vitosha blvd., "The Five Corners" and here you could find lots of variants for eating, shopping and fun.
The flat consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a dining area for 6 persons, a kitchen with a balcony, a bathroom with WC and a tub, and a separate WC for guests. The floorage is more than 110sq.m. One of the bedrooms is with a double bed, the other is with twin bed, and is in green and blue colours. The living room is spacious and light, with a red sofa, a big dining-table, an LCD-TV set and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities providing you with a comfortable short or long stay in Sofia. There is a cooker and a microwave oven, a fridge and a freezer, an electric jug, a toaster and a set of dishes.
