Overview

The apartment is situated next to Princess Hotel, very close to the Central train and bus stations, on a walking distance from one of the main shopping boulevards in Sofia - Maria Luiza blvd., in a quiet area, close to a park. There you can enjoy brand new furniture and all other necessary appliances for a long or short stay.
It's on the third floor and there is a lift in the building. It's about 60 sq. meters, consisting of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
-There are two TV sets and our guests can find about 70 channels in the main languages. For your comfort there is an air-conditioner in the living room. The apartment is suitable for one person, a couple or a family with a child because the sofa in the living room is extandable.
There is a phone for local calls and ADSL Internet connection.
In the kitchen you can feel at home using the microwave oven, the toaster, the fridge, the coffee and capuchino maker. There is a washing machine for our guests who stay for a longer period of time. There is a small bathroom with a shower and a sink.
