Overview

Delight, comfort and calmness in this stylishly furnished and renovated apartment. It is located on the 3 floor, in a corner building with a lift, between Tsar Assen str. and Buzludzha str. This area is very quiet and at the same time it provides a possibility for shopping and fun, because of its central situation, and the nearness to the National Palace of Culture and Vitosha blvd.

The flat consists of a living-room with a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and two balconies (next to the living-room and the kitchen), its capacity is for 4 people. The two bedrooms are with double beds, the first is in brown-beige colour and the base colour in the other is black. There is a bathroom next to it. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary things for a short or a long-term stay - a cooker, a coffee-maker, a microwave oven, a frigde and a freezer, a washing machine, a toaster, an electric jug and a set of dishes.

There are also three TV sets with cable television, Internet, air-conditioners and central heating, a bath-tub with a jacuzzi. This fancy flat is the ideal place for rest or useful work.
