Overview

The room has a double bed settee TV, satellite, dvd player with numerous dvd's, a log burning and an en-suite with bath and shower. We also offer the use of the kitchen which is in a separate building, from the bedsit, this also has a tv and you are welcome to use the facilities cooker, toaster
Due to our location, it will only suit people who want peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the bars and nightclubs, we are 1k up a track of the main road in the middle of the woods/forest, and nearest town is Samokov 7k away. The bus service is every half hour and very reliable and costs only 3 lev per person. the biggest lake in bulgaria is only 4k away, where all water sports activities are held, and the hire of equipment can obtained. then there is the famous borovets ski resort, of course during the winter it is skiing but in summer, there are lots of walking activities and pony tracking. If you fancy doing some cycling we have bikes that can be hired for a small fee

we are situated 7k from the nearest shop and restaurants, in a very rural area, but have a very good bus service. situated in the middle of the woods/forest, it will only suit people who want peace and quiet, just to chill out and relax
