The property is situated on the ground floor and consists of a large double bedroom, spacious well eqipped kitchen and large living and dining area. In the living area there is a table which can seat up to 6 people, a sofa which pulls out into a double bed, dresser and a working fire place for the cooler months. The property has a seperate WC and wash basin and a tiled wet room. The property is tiled throughout with authenic wool and cotton rugs made in the village.

The property is situated in the beautiful village of Novo Panicheravo, nestling close to the Stranja Mountains, within a nature reserve area. The location makes it an excellent base for a quiet and relaxing holiday with opportunities for walking and cycling. There is also the opportunity to enjoy traditional Bulgarian cuisine cooked for by one of the neighbours. Also, it is a short drive to Burgas, Primorsco and Sozopol should the quiet become too much. The apartment has been recently renovated and provides comfortable and spacious accomodation for up to 4 people.
