This apartment is fantastic it offers one generously sized bedroom with 2 comfortable full sized beds,wardrobes & dressing table,there is a full modern bathroom,the kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs,the living room is furnished with leather bed-settee & chair,a tv,CD player & radio, there is a dining area with table & 4 chairs,there are balconies off the bedroom & lounge complete with patio furniture,remote control air-conditioning & for your privicy blinds are fitted to all windows.the apartment can sleep 4 adults easily & if children are with you possibly 3 on the bed-settee making 5 people.The apartment is on the first floor which has it's own private staircase.
The complex is stunning set in its own grounds which are fenced and gated with 24hr security & caretaker.The pool area is superb with patio & childrens pool also well maintained gardens with shrubs & flowers & grassed areas,there is full outside lighting & private parking.
The complex is about 20 mins away from Bourgas airport(transfers can be arranged)& is close to many high quality beaches of the black sea coast(most with life guards)
The picturesque old town of Nessebar,a world heritage site, is only minutes away by car & this is next to Sunny Beach one of the more famous Bulgarian resorts, offering the whole range of tourist facilities.

TRANSPORT:-Cabs are readily available with a phone call from the list in the apartment or the 4* hotel next door where cabs queue in the rank on a regular basis. Hire cars are available from Ravda (10min walk)and in the other towns also or it can be arranged for you on arrival at the apartment or the airport if you wish. Transport to & from the airport can also be arranged.

GENERAL:-The areas mentioned all have many excellent restaurants, bars & cafes to suit all tastes, dining out is very reasonable as so are the drinks and goods in general, the people are courteous & friendly, the beaches really are second to none & the weather is glorious & once you have visited this unique area & country your sure to return.
