Overview

This luxuriously furnished villa is located in
the most beautiful area on the Black Sea
coast and offers stunning 180 degree
uninterrupted sea and coastal views. It is
newly renovated and has all new furniture
and is a perfect place to spend your vacation.
It's in a superb location, only a 5min drive
from the famous resort of Golden Sands. The
surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful.
The villa is spacious and therefore ideal for
families with children. The accommodation is
arranged over 3 floors with sea views from
every room and consists of large open plan
kitchen, dining and living areas. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet.
Three French windows open onto a large terrace with amazing sea views. It's a great place to have your morning coffee and breakfast or dine in
the evening. The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances – electric hob and oven, large fridge freezer, washing
machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The whole ground floor is finished with terracotta floor tiles with under floor heating throughout,
making the villa suitable for all year round rental. The bedrooms all have stripped pine floors. There's a garden and a 100m2 terrace including a
barbeque area. There is car parking space by the villa.
The nearby resorts of Golden Sands and Albena offer beautiful beaches, safe swimming, many water sports and plentiful nightlife with
numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
The delightful and historical city of Varna is a 30 minute drive from the villa, where there are is a wide variety of tourist and cultural
attractions including many museums and art galleries, theatre and opera house, cathedral, Dolphinarium, Aquarium, Roman thermal baths, zoo
and the biggest Sea Garden on the Balkan Peninsula (400,000 m2) and the city beach. Varna also offers great shops, markets, cafes, restaurants
and nightclubs.
The famous Botanical Gardens in the picturesque town of Balchik are just 21 km away. The wildlife sanctuary at Cape Kaliakra is also only a
short drive.
Villa Laska is ideal for viewing trips and beach holidays. Varna airport is just 40 min away by taxi. There are supermarkets and fresh produce
markets in nearby Kranevo and Golden Sands.
