A four bedroom three storey mountain villa located in beautiful and tranquil surroundings, river and pine forest to rear of property, fantastic views to the mountains and set in it's own grounds of 1000 sq.m. with plum and apple trees grape vines and fresh vegetables. The villa is situated in the village of Cherni Osam, 2 km from the famous Troyan monastery. The historic town of Troyan is 15 km away, dating back to the 16-th century, famous for its woodcarvings, metalwork and pottery. The villa's location is ideal for all types of adventure activities.
Excellent fishing, bird watching, botany, cultural and historical sightseeing.
The villa comprises of a family bedroom and 3 double bedrooms, sleeping in total 9 people,All rooms have their own balconies. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, wet room and satellite TV.
