Overview

The holiday villa is located in the village of Bryastovets in a holiday complex of eleven houses with shared swimming pool and BBQ area. The village lies in the skirts of the Balkan mountain and thus offers a beautiful combination of sea and mountain climate.

You stay in a massive one-storey detached house designed and completed to a very high standard. It has three bedrooms – two double bedrooms, and one twin bedded room, one shower room, a kitchen with dining table for six, and living lounge with Satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, and all the cutlery and pottery. A wonderful breakfast and seating opportunity is offering the veranda in front of the house. Enjoy your holiday with a book in the hand in the shade of the veranda surrounded by the sounds of the birds and nothing else. For alfresco dining there is a large covered BBQ wood-terrace with a typical Bulgarian BBQ with dining tables for 10 under the shade of the massive tiles covered roof.

You will get a good night's sleep here! You live in rural village, far away from the bustle of the city with its humming motorbikes and honking cars. Set in an area famous for its wine and brandy, Bryastovets has pleasing hills and plains with stunning views to the sea. Ideal for walking in the hills, painting, fishing, photography, bird watching or just plain relaxing! Tucked away in a pretty green village, surrounded in the traditions of Bulgarian country living changed little by the modern world, we offer a warm welcome. Enjoy a tranquil holiday in beautiful rural Bulgaria with lots of sun, peaceful surroundings and fresh local produce.

Still only 20mins (19km) to the largest and best known holiday resorts of Sunny Beach and Nessebar where you can refuel yourself with energy, stroll trough antic alleys, swim in the blue sea or having a delicious meal and refreshing drinks in one of the hundreds pubs, bars and restaurants.

The beaches are of beautiful golden sand and the sea is safe for children. All family activities include water parks, water sports, go-kart, cycling, windsurfing, jet skis and bungee jumping.

Car hire is not essential but recommended. If you do not like to drive a car in Bulgaria you could use our limo service (car + driver) on a taxi basis – you will pay for the actual driven kilometres only. Our prices are very competitive and this can be cheaper than a car rental. Additionally we have also secured the services of English speaking taxi drivers who will exclusively drive you to and from any restaurants in the evenings for a small fee, enabling you to relax and enjoy the night without the concern of who is going to drive back to the Villa.

There is and abundance of pubs, restaurants, water sports, horse riding etc available within a 20 km radius. The historic towns of Nessebar and Sozopol are nearby as are the beautiful beaches of Dyuni and Pomorie.

The whole complex is managed professionally by a local company. You will find the house clean and prepared for your stay. Bed linen and towels are changed 1x weekly. Pool is cleaned daily.

Gardens and swimming pool are kept in top condition.

Changeover day is flexible.

Free airport transfer from and to Bourgas Airport. We pick you up from the airport and drive you back at the end of your stay.

The above prices are per week and are fully inclusive. We accept bookings only of 7 days ore more. A security deposit of £ 150 is required cash at arrival. It will be returned back before your departure back home. To reserve the villa we require 20% of the rental charge on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
The rental price includes following services:

- Airport transfer for 4 people from/to Bourgas Airport. Larger groups hire additionally a taxi (£ 10 each direction) or our driver will escort a hire car too.
- Bed linen and towels
- Sun beds
- Swimming poll (shared)
- Water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Change over day is flexible



As the complex is of eleven houses there are (almost) always available houses for rent. Please do not forget to advice us the size of your group (adults + children).
House furniture and facilities are subject of change without prior notice.

The holiday house is very close to all locations – max. 20-30 mins drive to beach or bigger supermarkets. The swimming pool is of course in front of your front door.

We can assure you that you will not feel like a stranger after your arrival. At the house you will find a folder with the most useful information written in English & map of the area. It gives you a short information about the area with way description to the local stores and bars and very detailed road description to Sunny Beach and Bourgas (big supermarkets). We are on the site every day and will try to help you in any way we can. You will have our mobile phone numbers in case of emergency.
